Q: Is there an advanced armory on the website?
A: Yes. All you need to do is go to your user control panel and select one of your already created characters located at bottom of the page.
Q: Do you have plans for other expansions?
A: Not at this time, but another is planned in the near future.
Q: What are the repercussions of ninja looters?
A: People who ninja loot, will only receive one warning plus removal of the item ninja looted. If they ninja loot again they will be suspended.
Q: What are you doing now to fight hackers?
A: We are constantly working on strengthening our security entailing automatic detection systems and Game Masters, we also encourage players to report it at first sight. Hacking will result in a 72 hour ban.
Q: What do you offer for people who prefer to PVP?
A: We offer the casual PVP system in addition to custom PVP events with a custom currency to purchase PVP gear. We also offer a Bounty system if the player chooses to set a bounty on another player for a certain amount of gold. We value the interest of all the player base and want to offer a solution to all the players' interests.
Q: Do all the dungeons work?
A: As it stands there are a few dungeons that are unavailable to the players but we are currently working to get them working. We will keep the community posted will further updates on this matter.
Q: Will there be an instant 80 realm?
A: This is in our staff discussions and we have yet to make a decision. If you support this idea please show your support on the discord in our "#server-suggestions" channel.

A: In order to recover your username, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Q: I've lost my password. What should I do?
A: To recover your password, go to our password recovery page. For further assistance please email email@example.com.
Q: I've been hacked. What can I do?
A: All accounts caught hacked/hacking will receive a ban. To recover your account, you will need to appeal the ban by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to provide proof that your account has been hacked. (ex: Deleted Characters/Items)
When emailing us please put the subject as "Hacked - [Account]" and in the body please entail your reasoning that you've been hacked.
Q: How can I contact a GM?
A: GM's can be contacted through our in-game ticket system. In the future, we might provide players access to contact specific GM's but as of right now that is not an option.
Q: How can I join Nexus WoW staff?
A: When we are hiring staff we will announce via website and discord. There will be a hiring process that will have prerequisite requirements to be eligible to fill out an application, if selected you will be placed on a trial period. Further detail will be placed in our announcements when we open staff hirings. This will ensure a quality staff team.
